- GE Technology Purifies Water at One of World’s Largest Coal Power Plants. South Africa’s leading power provider, Eskom, will use GE’s (NYSE: GE) innovative water and wastewater technology for the Kusile Power Plant. - City of Tacoma Selects Echologics LLC for Leak Detection, Pipe Condition Assessment Project. - Singapore’s Top Water Executive Engages Maryland for Water Partnerships in Asia. - Pentair to buy Norit’s Clean Process Technologies business Private equity firm Doughty Hanson is selling portfolio company Norit Holdings BV’s Clean Process Technologies (CPT) division to Pentair Inc in a €503 million deal. - H20 Innovation opens Indian manufacturing plant Canada’s H2O Innovation Inc announced on 6 April 2011 the opening of a 10,000 ft² (929 m²) manufacturing plant for its Indian joint-venture H2O Innovation India Ltd near Vadodara, Gujarat.
