M&A/ Partnerships
- In-Pipe Technology has entered a multi-year marketing agreement with PMC BioTec to use PMC’s process technology, equipment and engineering services for the US municipal wastewater treatment market. Under the terms of the agreement, both firms will combine their technologies to dramatically reduce wastewater sludge.

- Kurita Water Industries has signed a joint research agreement with Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency to study a new water recycling system. The joint research will conduct a verification test for a future-type water recycling system inside the Japanese experiment module Kibo on the International Space Station.

- ENPAR Technologies has entered a memorandum of understanding with Miahona to develop markets for ENPAR’s range of water treatment technologies in the Middle East.
