It has been an active week for water in India. With three new projects and Xylem’s entry into the country, India has its hands full. The country is spreading the love, though, and recently selected PricewaterhouseCoopers to prepare a report of the supply of water to industries in the state. M&A/ Partnerships
- The Lower Colorado River Authority has approved the sale of 18 Texas water and wastewater systems to Corix Infrastructure. Buyer and seller are in exclusive negotiations over a sale, which is valued at more than $300 million.
